Our Faster Drying Agent called Doble Mat™ 2X is Double good in this 275 gallon tote. Your customer wants it "just so" and so you do you with your materials and bulk pricing. This sealing additive is for both Refined Tar sealers or Asphalt Emulsion. You will enjoy a speedier drying time AND better surface toughness and aggregate suspension. This blended copolymer emulsion modifies the sealer into a stronger and longer lasting coating. This seal additive does doble duty. Yes, we spelled it right! Doble Mat 2x reduces surface scuffing and power steering marks especially on those blasing hot days. It will also dry faster and let you put that second coat down pronto, but most importantly open'r up. Opening the lot early can mean power steering marks and tracking, but not with this formula. Properly preparing your mix design is more important to you.

SURFACE PREPARATION: Surface must be clean, dry and free of all dirt, dust and debris. Oil or petroleum contaminants should be treated using Sealcoating.com’s Seal Over + (GGPP602PR) prior to seal coating with high performance seal mix designs containing Doble Mat 2X.
APPLICATION: Mix sealcoating material well prior to using. Use ½ to 3 gallons of Doble Mat 2X sealer additive undiluted to modify or enhance 100 gallons of sealer. The amount will vary based upon mix design and the type of traffic use for your seal coating mix design. As a guideline, 1 to 2 gallons of Doble Mat 2X to modify 100 gallons of sealer is sufficient for standard applications. Always pour sealer into mix tank, add recommended water content and agitate prior to the slow introduction of Doble Mat 2X. Then mix to a uniform consistency prior to the addition of aggregates (finely screened and washed sand with consistent sieve size or substitute black angular aggregate of similar size).

CAUTION: KEEP FROM FREEZING. Do not use when rain is forecast, when surface is wet or when temperature is below 55°F. Wash tools in water. Use a paint thinner if material has dried. Do not store in direct sunlight or where temperatures exceed 100°F. Container should be closed when not in use. Keep out of the reach of children.
