SURFACE PREPARATION: Surface must be clean, dry and free of all dirt, dust and debris. Oil or petroleum contaminants should be treated using Sealcoating.com’s Seal Over + (GGPP602PR) prior to seal coating with high performance seal mix designs containing Fast Mat 007.
APPLICATION: Mix seal coating material well prior to using. Use 2 to 4 gallons of Arriba Mat 007 Sealer Additive undiluted to modify or enhance 100 gallons of sealer. The amount will vary based upon mix design and the type of traffic use for your seal coating mix design. As a guideline, 2 gallons of Arriba Mat 007 to modify 100 gallons of sealer is sufficient for standard applications. Always pour sealer into mix tank, add recommended water content and agitate prior to the slow introduction of Arriba Mat 007. Then mix to a uniform consistency prior to the addition of aggregates (finely screened and washed sand with consistent sieve size or substitute black angular aggregate of similar size).

CAUTION: KEEP FROM FREEZING. Wash tools in water. Use a suitable paint thinner if material has dried. Do not store in direct sunlight. Container should be closed when not in use. Keep out of reach of children.
