This 4 ton skid mounted asphalt hot box reclaimer heats and maintains hot mix asphalt for up to 2 days and reclaims leftover hot mix asphalt in only 8 to 10 hours. Load up to 8,000 lbs (4 tons) of asphalt in two front to back loading doors. The insulated lid with 2 heavy duty locks secure asphalt as it heats and design is tapered to bring the flow of heated asphalt to the single port shovel door when ready. Heat is controlled by thermostat and powered with 60,000 BTU of propane. Hotbox is made of all welded steel, with a 16ga skin, 20ga top, and 14ga Asphalt compartment. This hotbox reclaimer is the most efficient way to keep asphalt hot throughout the duration of a project and prevent waste from unused mix.
